MAKSIMALNI PREMERI VODNIKOV CONDUCTORS MAXIMUM DIAMETERS

Referenčni standard: EN 60228 Vodniki se delijo v štiri razrede: - Razred 1: vodniki iz ene žice - Razred 2: vijačeni krožni (ali sektorski) vodniki - Razred 5: prožni vodniki - Razred 6: prožni vodniki, ki so še prožnejši od tistih v razredu 5. Vodniki razredov 1 in 2 so namenjeni kablom za fiksno namestitev. Vodniki razredov 5 in 6 so namenjeni kablom za premično namestitev; lahko se uporabljajo tudi za fiksne namestitve. Vodniki razreda 6 so primerni za pogoste torzije in upogibe (npr. za robotske sisteme, varilnike itd.). Standard predpisuje iste maksimalne premere za vodnike razredov 5 in 6. Vendar je po ogolitvi vodnik razreda 6 nagnjen k “razpiranju”, ker je sestavljen iz žic z manjšimi premeri kot vodnik razreda 5.

According to standard: EN 60228 Conductors are divided into four classes: - Class 1: solid conductors

- Class 2: stranded conductors - Class 5: flexible conductors - Class 6: flexible conductors, which are more flexible than Class 5. Those in Classes 1 and 2 are intended for use in cables for fixed installations. Class 5 and 6 conductors are intended for use in flexible cables and cords but may also be used for fixed installations. Class 6 conductors are also intended for use with repeated twists and bendings (eg robotic systems, welding machines, etc). The standard provides the same maximum diameters for Class 5 and 6 conductors. After stripping, Class 6 conductors tend to “fan out” because they are made of wires with smaller diameters than Class 5 conductors.
